This month is a bit of a workshop whirlwind! In the best possible way. I haven’t had chance to write up notes from the adidas Studio LDN event as yet which was our fourth session – that will follow I promise.
This week we’re at The Garden, Hale again and are looking forward to welcoming another brilliant panel of inspirational women. Sneak peak below…
We have a couple more tickets left – click here to book if you fancy joining us! Eventbrite: Winging It Workshop

Kirsten, Founder Hello Day Planner
Kirsten runs an interior design firm so style is in her blood. But having had a planner for every year since she was 10, and knowing that writing down your tasks and goals is a powerful motivator and driving force to actually achieving them… (not to mention the ever-satisfying feeling of crossing them out once completed…) she set about launching a product that’s as much about its clever content as it is fabulous style. And thus, Hello Day Planner was born. A stylish planner that feels fabulous to hold, great to look at and draws glances from those around you.
Kirsten’s goal is that the planners help to start each day with positivity and purpose, and end each day with a sense of accomplishment and progress.
Chloe Robinson, Floral Designer
After a career in London, working in Interior Design and PR, Chloe took a leap of faith and followed her floral dream by retraining as a florist, a career that had been niggling away at the back of her mind for many years.
Chloe creates floral designs from her studio in Lower Peover. You can see her stunning creations at Altrincham Market every week and on her instagram feed which is the stuff of floral dreams. Her work has appeared in Elle Decoration and will be gracing the hands and tables of tens of wedding parties in the North this summer once again.
Rebecca, Founder HYP Candles
HYP Candles began when Rebecca became pregnant with her daughter in 2014.
Having always loved aromatherapy with a house usually full of scented candles, when she became pregnant, Rebecca searched hard for products that she felt confident were completely natural and safe for use during pregnancy. It was also important for her to find a fragrance that she could use when practising her hypnobirthing relaxation and that could then be used during her labour.
Fast forward a few months, her daughter had arrived and Rebecca decided to train to become a hypnobirthing teacher. “I wanted to provide my couples with an aromatherapy candle to complement their practice and then wondered, why would I do this with someone else’s product when I could look at creating my own pregnancy candles? So that’s what I did.”
The team at HYP Candles have worked closely with aromatherapists to ensure that they can provide women with the reassurance that oils in their candles can be used during pregnancy.
Sarah, Co-Founder The Yoga Kula
Formerly a registered nurse, Sarah changed the direction of her career and her health four years ago when she trained as a Yoga teacher in Hong Kong. Sarah has used Yoga and meditation to transform her physical and mental wellbeing, recovering from a lower back injury and Major Depressive Disorder.
Sarah strives to inspire others to empower themselves and transform their lives. We’re a bit obsessed with Sarah and The Yoga Kula at Winging It Workshops… and she has some amazing news to share on the evening which proves the power of visualisation…
